What is the power of your thoughts?

When I write about thoughts and how important our thoughts are, I will start with a quote from Nikola Tesla:

"The power of a single thought can determine the movement of the universe."

The thoughts, beliefs and feelings we have create chemical reactions in the body, which can support life in cells or block it by interrupting the flow of energy. As Dr. Deepak Chopra puts it:

"Body biochemistry is a product of consciousness."

All our cells are mindful and literally "eavesdropping" on our thoughts and feelings. So be careful what kind of inner monologue you have. Do you criticize yourself often, you are angry at yourself for doing something or not, what you say to yourself about your appearance... Maybe there are thoughts and words like: I am insanitive, I am clumsy, I am fat, I am sick, I am always missing something, Iam not lucky in love, money does not like me... Your cells listen to you and act according to what you often repeat to yourself. You become what you think. If you do not like something about yourself or thr things that you do not want happen to you, then change the way you think, because the thoughts I have written above create bad feelings, such as feelings of less value, sadness, shame, shame, and they are all on a very low vibration and then what happens in your reality? Events confirm what is in you and it manifests itself.

You know the famous line, "You attract what you radiate." So pay attention to your thoughts, start telling yourself a new story of your life, different, prettier than the one you have told so far, the story you want to live. Accept yourself as you are, love your flaws, do not fight them, just regain them with the desire to change in the direction you want. Think about your virtues, nurture them, focus more often on them and so your energy will flow in the desired direction, and where your energy goes it starts to grow. When this gets in your habit, the results will come. The good thing is that you can, with your thoughts, or rather tell yourself with your imagination that you are healing. We can all fantasize and imagination is very important. Remember when we were little and they read us fairy tales imagining all these princesses, castles, witches, princes...

Now I am going to give you an exercise where you can use your imagination.

Relax and breathe, follow your breath, exhale several times and think of someone or something you love, keep your focus on it and you will feel comfortable in the body, some nice feeling, warmth in the chest, a smile will appear. You did it! With the power of your imagination you have started in your body the production of hormones serotonin, endorphins, oxytocin which are beneficial and bring you to harmony and peace. It happens because our brains cannot tell if something is really going on or if we are just imagining it. Uspeli ste!
